I think me and BHC are the only ones to do this. So it is possible. HIDs are Hella 7k. I am going to get HID foglights next week. Dual HIDs! I like! Some of you perfer purple, but I like blue.

How do you make an H3 bulb fit on an H3C bulb? I tried putting in H3 bulbs for my fogs and it didnt work, unless I did something wrong.
I would love to switch it to H3 bulbs since they are far more abundant than the H3C.

As for rewiring the foglights to the parking lights. I have no idea. The guy installed my HIDs and rewired the fogs in like 30minutes. He was good.
When I get H3 HIDs, I will no longer need the plug from the existing H3c, it will have a power source of its own. Therefore it will work.
