Do you happen to have a picture of the 18" 5-spoke wheels? I'm sure they'll make the car look a lot nice
All I can manage is this scan from the Celsior Book.. Hope it helps - but I think that seeing would be believing....

The scan also shows the 4 available wood trim colors etc..,

Have been reading the Book some more.....

As it turns out the 18x7.5 silver wheels and 245/45R-18 tires are standarrd on the eR version with the polished 18" wheels being an option on "eR version ONLY"... can't get the factory Toyota mags as a option on any other model... BUT you can get the Dealer to install the BBS 18" with the same tires as the eR for 253,000 yen by my reading...

Great pictures Higuma, Thanks. Do you think the factory kit is the WALD option we've seen pictures of elsewhere? I can't make out from your scan if there is the small rear spoiler. Thanks

thats actually pretty nice and if the LS will look like that it would be really tight . i really like the flare of the headlamps . its looks like the RX 330. and i also thought that the LS will have a different engine cause in that picture it has a 4.3L but i dont care, the car is still tight lets see if the S Class can beat that

Firstly you must realize that this is the Toyota Celsior which is the "Parent" car of the Lexus LS series... It - the Celsior - has always had options that the LS did not adopt for the US / overseas market...

Yes you can get the sunshade and or curtains ( black or white ) and the sunroof is available too - there is no other engine option and the reports posted here suggested it might be 2006 before that would happen - IT certainly is not happening here in Japan anytime soon and logic would suggest that it will happen here BEFORE the overseas market gets it....

Cheers,

There is no spoiler on the trunk lid in that picture but then it is an option on most kits and I am sure that there is one available....

It would NOT appear to be the Wald kit from what I can tell...

To me the tailights look like the 2003 Celsior with the outer amber area cleared...

I actually laugh when I hear all this - it's copied from the Merc BS - ALL CARS look the same somewhat and it's easy to draw comparisons if you look hard enough.....

Personally - I think they are VERY different looking lights

1. Shape is different
2. Merc lights aren't two peice - going into trunk lid
3. Merc lights have clear stripes - Celsior not...

Yes they both are red and clear ????????????????/ but copied??? Think again.......

Everyone knows the LS is a blatent copy of a Mercedes W220!

Look, both have four wheels! Both have windows. AND BOTH HAVE ROOFS! And if you notice carefully both have these things called girlls and headlights. Amazing!
