Creaking noises when turning at any speed
I hear some type of noise when I’m turning, particularly when it’s left, it does sound like it’s from the front of the car but it sounds like as if it’s coming from behind the dash board * near heater core * I can’t make it out what it could be... I tried to get a best sound of it I could

The only creaking I hear is your hand on the steering wheel leather to be honest.
If you're hearing noises while turning the steering wheel, it's plausible to be the power steering... but I can't really tell anything.

Almost every LS400 still on the road has, or had, a leaky PS pump. This doesn't necessarily mean yours is though. Check the bottom of the pump and the top of your alternator as the PS pump drips directly over the alternator. If these areas are dry you may be losing fluid through the ACV valve which is mounted on the bottom of the PS pump. If so the fluid is escaping into the air intake via vacuum hoses which creates a white puff of exhaust smoke at start up.
A leaky pump needs to be replaced immediately as it will eventually take out your alternator. A leaky ACV valve isn't quite as critical. It shouldn't necessarily be ignored but you can live with it by adding fluid occasionally...
A leak may have also developed somewhere on the rack or the high pressure or return line.
