1999 ls400 Transmission Not Shifting
99 ls400. 200k Mileage . Daily driver . Second owner. Drove all day . Parked for a couple of hours . Started it up , back out of the driveway and it would not go through the gears at all . No indications prior to this . Fluid level is up . Checked when hot . Fluid was serviced by previous owner at Lexus dealership 30k ago . Any help would be appreciated . Andrew

Driver School Candidate
Same thing happened to me. Check your trans filter and solenoids.That solved my tranny was toast no shift issue. Shifts fine now. Filter was clogged 215k on 94 ls 400. Solenoids seem fine..
