I paid 5500 for my 98' with similar miles and in similar condition.
Clean cars are becoming more and more rare, and as such I would not be surprised to have a premium slowly continue to build as the years go on.

I would pay $4000 max, just because it is still an old car, and beyond few of us on this forum, no one else is interested in it. You could easily have them try to sell it, and watch from the sidelines, and a month later, not a single person would respond, except for an occasional dealer who'd offer them 2k for it (or 5k trade-in, but we know how that works...)
