Default Temperature sensor ECT

I picked up a temp sensor ECT # 89422-20010
however the plug is a different configuration then on my 99 LS400 even though it lists it as compatible....

Am I missing something or possibly need the other sensor listed # 8942-30030

Will either work...I can just sand off the ribs on the side...

I doubt anyone knows the parts numbers off the top of their head so the quick response you're expecting requires a bit of research which you are fully capable of doing yourself.
Lack of planning on your part doesn't constitute an emergency on our part. The sensor you currently have is for 91 to 97 LS400's...
You might try MyLParts.com where you can enter your VIN to help verify accurate part fitment.

Interesting......I thought the Lexus website would have been more accurate than a third party site.

I wasn't posting as an emergency, I saw no mention of the differences in the fact section...in fact thats where I got the numbers for the one I ordered.

Was simply reaching out to see if someone had a similar experience.

I'll refrain in the future
