Default Aggressive exhaust?

Scrolling through all the threads of what others have done for a more aggressive LS exhaust note it made me curious, has anyone done the opposite and tried to quiet there car or get better MPG? And what set up did you run? :P

The exhaust is inaudible in stock form because the car has 5 mufflers, I don't really know where you'd go from there. Any "noise" you hear is from the motor itself which is impossible to silence.

If you cut the exhaust off, you'll get a slight MPG increase, but boy will it be a loud beast. Louder than most corvettes.

I like my quiet one, the roar of the v8 is noise enough for me. Ive always driven i4s so this first V8 was ear **** to me.

I'm debating on having one muffler on each side for a LITTLE more noise but I'm not sure.

stock mufflers are quiet enough! anything else is just engine/road noise.
to make the car cabin quieter, look into sound insulation instead.
