AC Fan Blowers on a 1990 LS400
They only work on HIGH. The MED LOW settings wont function, anyone have an idea why? This is the AC fans im referring to.

That's the typical symptom of a failed fan control resistor. The current is bypassed when the HIGH mode is selected but the current is reduced by the resistor when the MED and Low modes are selected.
