When I was really into disabling it on my 99 I found delete kits on google. You want to remove it entirely? I'm assuming you have a trac button?

In case of a 98-00 Celsior, this method below seems to be the way. Things are all written in Japanese though. Simply to summarize the contents, this method is disabling the yaw rate sensor adding a kill switch. I have never tried this and I don't know how it is effective, I must add.
