OBDII link and what interface device to use
I have gotten my hands on a copy of toyota's Techstream version 9.10 that should work fine for my 1997 lexus LS400 my question is what cable should I be using to connect it to the car's OBDII port. Information I have seen online all points to vehicles that use the CAN bus made after ~ 2002. I have an old laptop that I can repurposed for this task but I need to know how best to connect the laptop to an older 1997 lexus not newer ones
