I sent an e-mail to both companies to request Iinformation.
The 25 piece wood kit vendor depicts certain trim pieces that are for both LS400 and right-hand drive Celsior, while others do not fit the LS400.

Perhaps you are willing to inquire of the vendor more information?
i had this in my LS400 when i first acquired it, hated it as over time the heat cycles shrunk the trim and it looked awful. i eventually removed them! i'm sure the japanese version are better quality.

First, neither supplier has responded to my e-mails...
The aftermarket stuff does respond well to humidity, temperature cycling or UV..nor interior products.
The examples surveyed in pick & pull yards are not hard surface finish...but gummy and pliable.
The stain and polyurethane finish coatings are no where near quality of OEM wood pieces.
Do not like cutouts where text on plastic surface...the words should be laser etched and backfilled.
Have considered making my own.
A friend repairs expen$ive violins and is proficient with fine wood has offered his assistance.
I’m looking to replace worn out wood trims as well. Am I mistaken in thinking the first supplier Yamae linked fabricated actual wood veneer trimmer pieces as opposed to the vinyl stickers you slap which fade with time heat and UV exposure?
