Default Enkei Raijin Fitment

18x8 Enkei Raijin wheels (+40mm offset) with 245-45/18 tires, will they fit without any rubbing on a 2000 LS400 lowered on H&R and KYB? Don't want to do any fender rolling. Please advise and pics would be awesome. Thanks.

That's a pretty conservative fitment, no rubbing. Tire Rack shows that they are compatible though I'd still call Enkei to verify fitment. Could even go 18x9.5 in the rear if you want staggered setup.

Not exactly what you're looking for but these are some 18x8 +35 drift spares I threw on so I could refinish my Weds. These would be 5mm more aggressive than what you're looking for. There's no way they'd rub on anything with the H&R's.

I didn't try them on the front to see if they'd clear the calipers though..

Edit: 225/45/18 tires.

TR shows the wheels are compatible but recommending 235-50-18 tires. I would like to put on 245-45-18s all around.

The 245/45 is the correct diameter for the car fora +2 fitment, want to be as close to 26.6" stock diameter. You'll be fine with the 245/45-18's. 235/50 sounds like that would be for a 17" wheel.

I know the wheels are no issue, but being slightly lowered and fatter tires in front (245s) concerned about the clearance and rubbing. The whole doubt was put into my mind by TR

No worries. The 245's from 225 is minimal in the stock LS400 fender arches. That's why it is pretty common to see the 18's from the LS430 that come with the 245/45-18 setup as a direct replacement fitment.

So, you think 245-45-18s will work with the +40mm offset 18x8 wheels?

Or be conservative and stay 235-45-18 so fronts dont rub?

If any owner is using any of these above setups, would really help to hear opinions and pics. Thanks

Been done plenty of times with that tire size and wheel spec. Mine has 245/40-18 on 8.5x18's with a 45mm offset. The only tire rubbing up front was with the BFG TA KDW tires that have a squarish sidewall profile. This was a particularly hard corner and that was the one instance of rubbing I've encountered.

This basically corresponds to the wheel fitment of what stock wheels fit the LS400 and 430's. Similar wheel spec within a few mm offset and using the same tire relates to the applicability. Scroll through the wheel fitment thread here:
https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-...eel-setup.html

The last 7 pages have pics of stock and lowered 2-LS's on 18's. Notes for Stroock639 and this one on stock 430 18's.
