Gonna do the rear one first as it's the cheapest and easiest one to do. Then take it to my mechanic to do the front ones. $100 to do both. Not bad I guess.

Wow is right. I checked my notes, and I paid $92.67 each from Park Place Texas back in 2008.

I've seen on other old cars where the manufacturer (e.g., Lexus / Toyota here) just stops having parts built, maybe after a final batch is ordered. Then they just keep raising the price to make sure that final supply lasts forever. And very rarely, if the market changes, another batch will be made and prices come back to a more reasonable number. That's what you get with old cars like this.

Looks like online is the best option. $144 from reputable vendor vs 89 from ebay. Seller keeps stating OME instead of OEM. Makes me nervous.

I used A7296 x2 (engine mounts) and A7294 (trans mount) from rock auto four years ago. They seem fine to me, no abnormal vibrations to this day. Super duper cheap.

I think I paid around $115 per mount plus shipping from Japan from Amayama a few years ago.
Lexus engine mounts are liquid filled, strut bar bushing too. Most aftermarket engine mounts are not liquid filled and don’t even come close in quality...
