Both sellers are offering OEM parts, so there technically is no difference other than price. The eBay seller has good feedback, and the negative reviews that have been left make no mention of counterfeit/fake parts. I would not have a problem purchasing from the eBay seller.

The parts I've put into ours are Toyota from a variety of reputable online dealerships: Sewell, Lexus Parts Now, Carson Toyota, Westminster Lexus, etc. I don't take the gamble. Other than the Amazon Denso O2 sensors and some generic basic vacuum lines I want the piece of mind. Depends on your goals.

Goals for how long you want to drive the car. If for the next 10K miles/year ownership, buy what will keep the car roadworthy. If intending to keep longer... I would like to make 300K so I'm more confident using the Toyota parts to attain that.
I'd like to spend less, I've gone through enough irritations with past cars that spending for a known quality part is my preferred route. What I get from the online dealers and local Toyota parts suppliers will have better odds. The last few have been from the local Lexus dealers or the indy shop that uses Toyota parts.

Considering the same part costs about the same on Amayama, I think that e-bay seller is getting those parts from the same source as amayama, which means - it is almost certainly OEM. I would buy from the E-bay guy. By now you know how to tell if a part is OEM - even Chinese copycats make mistakes which can be noticed (print quality, etc).
