Car has been sitting for awhile waiting to have the transmission replaced, but engine was running prior to sitting. I will go through the diagnostic steps to test the electrical components/relays, but was hoping that the symptoms of the car not cranking and the fuel pump not priming that it could point to something specific?

Battery is good, borrowed from a running LS. All fuses are good (under dash/engine bay). Engine main relay is clicking over.

When I turn the key to "ON" I don't hear the fuel pump priming (fuel pump relay is not clicking over). When I turn the Key to "START" nothing happens as well.

The searches I've done people experience either one of the symptoms or the other, not both. I plan on checking the following if no one has any feedback:
-ECM
-Circuit opening relay
-Ignition Relay
-Fuel pump relay
-Fuel pump resistor

Yamae,

Your suggestion for the NSS solved my issue with the car not turning over. Now just gotta figure out why the fuel pump won't prime/provide fuel!
