Default How to clear multiple warning messages?

Ok I haven't thoroughly checked the forum yet to see if others experienced the same problem but once these warning messages ('98 LS) appear, I correct the issues and the warnings never go away. 3 warnings so far and all have been corrected (tail light, windshield washer fluid, low brake pads). I even disconnected the battery hoping for a reset, but they come back. There has to be a way or is this a sure fire way to get you to the "stealer" and I mean dealer. Thanks in advance.
Cheers.

Regarding the tail light issue, it would be caused by the soldering crack if bulbs were all good. See this link about the crack although it's about a 90. A 98 has a bit different unit board but you can apply the method to fix.

Regarding the windshield washer issue, it is a common problem among old LS400s/Celsiors. The level sensing switch is dying and the best way is to replace it. But a whacking to the top of the washer tank will turn off the light for the time being. It sometimes effective for more than a year according to my actual experience.

I don't know much about the low brake pad warning without seeing the car. The only thing I can say is that the light turns on when the sensor is open. If the wire or the connector were not fully conductive, the light would turn on too.

The tail light warning can also be for a brake light out. Alot of people miss a bad bulb in the third brake light.

Low brake pad light; Did you also change the pad sensors? Not sure how the 98 is but the older ones can sometimes be reused and then there's those other times when they wear down too much. Mine ended up breaking off and I didn't replace them. (too expensive for my car) I'll know when the brakes are bad, if I still have the car.

The washer fluid light I agree with Yamae, the sensors go bad, try to whack the top of it. It worked for me.
