I have no wipers or washer function at any speed. Have power at thr fuse but nothing at the wiper motor. Where is the wiper control module? I looked behind the glove box and didnt see it. I searched and I can see what it looks like from examples on ebay but dont see anything that looks like it under the dash on my 1990 ls400.

The Wiper Control Relay is located under the dash on the driver's side. The part number is: 85940-50010.

I don't know if you can access the relay easily from under the dash.

Nope had to pull the whole dash. I guess im gonna order one from ebay, not sure if thats even the issue.

I can power the wiper motor from the multifunction switch with my power probe. All the wires coming from the back of the wiper stalk are grounds and when i put power to any of them, the wipers come on. One wire (yellow) is neither a power or ground and shows no voltage. If i power that wire i get nothing.
