Yes
my brother just out some in his LS. But he recommends that when you start using RP you don’t go back to whatever you were using. We did his valve cover gaskets and took pictures of the insides and we gonna re check what they look like after a few thousand miles. Supposedly RP has a lot of detergents in it and cleans the motor...

I put it in my last oil change in August in my 99 and I noticed a slight mpg improvement. I used to avg 17.7mpg and now I'm averaging 18.7mpg on the car's trip computer. Driving habits haven't changed, its my DD and I take the same route to work each day. This is even with Snow tires on there which supposedly get worse mpg than regular all seasons.
I did VC gaskets about a month back and my top end of the cyl. head upon removal is pretty clean. This was with about 2500 miles of driving and 5 months on the oil change.

Works great, I used it in my 430 and some other cars to get them clean again.

before RP I was using Napa Full Synthetic since its a rebranded Valvoline oil. But I've only had the car since 147k so I don't have more than one oil change on it.
I did every 5k on my old 97' LS and had no issues with any consumption, the oil still looked rather clean at 5k but that's what I feel comfortable at, which puts me right at 6 months interval. Once before the summer in the spring and before the fall for the winter time.
