Wipers won't turn off

I have 99 Lexus ls400. Wipers don't work right. I replaced the switch stalk and wiper motor. Still just starts on its own and won't turn off or park. Had to take the fuse out. Help please

Wipers are controlled by the MPX body ECU/computer and and when it's failed, there will be your type of problems and a dealer will simply replace it and charge you some big money. You can find some more here.
