Default speedometer, gas gauge, tachometer,'91 LS400

I'm kind of new having a Lexus. It's been a great car, but the other day I smacked the dash board thinking I could get the tachometer to work. Well now the speedometer and fuel gauge doesn't work. The digital odometer and temp gauge works. Any ideas?

I would run a scan tool on it and see how the scan tool responds to vehicle for checking for codes.

Have any photos or videos of the symptoms? My first thoughts are either needles came off their posts, loose electrical connections, or failing motors

Also, what is the mileage of your car?

If your needles came off of their posts, then take a look at this post I made:

EDIT: Side note - how did the collision repair go last year? Can't believe that was last April..

As far as I know, there are 2 QAS (Quaternaty Ammonium Salt) capacitors that commonly fail leaking the liquid. I don't remember the reference numbers but the capacitance is both 820uF/25V. There are 2 next each other with the name Nichicon type PL(M). The type PL(M), PR(M and PF(M) are QAS capacitors that leak the liquid prematurely.
