I contacted LScowboy on facebook. He told me that the ECUs require some kind of japanese screwdriver and that while they are probably worn, they likely aren't leaking. He sent me a link and I have purchased the screwdriver. Still drives with no power, rough idle. Seems to shake and jerk in waves.
Yamae is the man when it comes to the ECU. As far as I've seen there is nobody better, or knowledgeable.
That Jap driver is just a tiny bit bigger then a regular Philips, but it works on alot of other stuff including the screws to get the rotors off when ya change the brakes.

Tried taking it for a test drive. RPMs started to shoot up quarter mile up the road. Break didn't seem to be working right and I slammed the car into park. Every time I try to start it up now the RPM just shoots straight up and revs. Pushing my car home tonight

High RPMs could be a vacuum line. I don't remember if that's one of the symptoms of the ECU. That's pretty weird of the brake not working, unless you're talking about the high RPM and still in gear not stopping the car.
