Default Evap Buzzing Noise

A Clublexus forum member mentions "EVAP buzzing"

https://www.clublexus.com/forums/ls-1st-and-2nd-gen-1990-2000/926419-1998-2000-ls400-vs-ls430-emission-hose.html#post10806523

If I read correctly, said EVAP buzzing refers to the emissions solenoid valve atop Toyota/Lexus intake manifolds.

EVAP is 17650

1998-2000 LS400 EVAP solenoid valve 17650E

On LS460's, Toyota employs a rubber damping grommet on VSV bracket purportedly to dampen/isolate buzzing...or some perceived NVH. ..
Will order parts and post results.

LS400 EVAP solenoid with stock bracket.

LS400 EVAP solenoid fits perfectly on LS460 EVAP solenoid bracket. LS460 EVAP bracket employs rubber damping grommet.

The LS460 EVAP solenoid bracket is formed at 45 degree angle vs LS400 bracket's 90 degree angle. Should work, but am going to modify closer to 90 degree angle.

Will need to trim bracket to clear LS400 manifold bracket stop

Front solenoid port (to manifold)orients perfectly, the side port (to charcoal cannister).angles upwards.. LS460 EVAP bracket, grommet, spacer, upper plate and bolt used....parts about $20.
