MAF (mass airflow sensor) (on 1990-1994 cannot be cleaned with CRC MAF cleaner)) and PCV valve, grommet, right and left bank vent tubes and clamps .use OEM
If origina, your spark plug tube seals probably are tired.
You replaced thermostat with OEM?
The rubber sealing ring on thermostat plate degrades and can break causing the thermostatvto bind so engine will not fully warm. (And coolant temperature sensor directs ECU off coolant temperature)
Invest in a set of NGK Ruthenium sparkplugs..
If near passing emissions have employed the technique of removing the air filter element to squeak by.
Drive the car at highway speeds + for at least 30 minutes before testing.

For ours the spark plug tube seals were replaced along with the valve cover sales. Thermostat is OEM about 30K miles on it. Plugs replaced about 12K ago with the irridium versions. Ours doesn't get driven more than 30 miles round trip these days and that happens once a week at best lately. Has had one tank of Shell V-power before the smog test so some of the 3 month old gas is mixed in.
MAF availability is discountinued at the few Lexus dealers I shop from. Third party is accessible but will hunt some more for an OEM Toyota.

Probably did sell too many.
Have replaced 1990-1997 MAF sensors.
Requires unfastening two screws , so not necessary to replace venturi when obtaining a yard pull...but this still is only a used part...
Does anyone show a P.N. on the sensor itself?
If so, please post part number along with image of label.
Perhaps the OEM sensor vendor is amenable to selling sensors through dealer for $200 - 250.
Replaced MAF on my 1999 for about $200.
LS430 is even less.

OEM thermostat, thermostat gasket were replaced when changed timing belt in Oct, 2018. Temperature needle go to max for few second and come back to normal for few times.
I used denso(3297) SK20R11 Iridium spark plugs, will try Ruthenium ones next time.
Used MAF still have issues because signal frequency fluctuate at idle. I am happy it help me pass smog check.
