If this is any indication, then yes:

Jokes aside, I would think that it should work if installed properly. I don't know if anyone here has done that though.

what a legendary spec, especially being one of the original ones. Just finished the paint correction, and ceramic coat. along with rebuilding the parking pole. Should have more pictures to post soon.

There's a Celsior that just popped up in the listings here in So Cal, not with that same spec though of cloth seats. This one has some cosmetic issues that need attention it's a 1998, they want a lot, $14,500 obo. Being a Celsior of course it is desirable to have. This one someone deleted the two tone color for the lower part of the car, kind of thing that makes you wonder what's going on there. If I had to guess someone bought it and they are trying to flip it but I don't know. They claim 63K miles. Imported this year, has Washington plates, but now in San Diego. I don't know how well you can verify a cars history that has been imported like this, never tried to do something like that. https://sandiego.craigslist.org/csd/...780777220.html

That Celsior is quite interesting. The black leather means it's an eR spec, which I wrote about in a thread a few months ago

It looks like it was partially repainted due to clearcoat failure. If you look at the top surfaces of the car, you'll see several spots where the finish has oxidized

Wondering if it may be a 10th Anniversary Edition Celsior, in which the all-white paint scheme is correct:

Wow!!! Might be. It has the radar cruise module too!

Now, I need to research that car. Didn't know it existed

EDIT: I think you're right! The Anniversary Edition was offered with black leather, too. Super cool!

The ad photos also look like it displays the same sports suspension upgrade photo as the eR spec. Almost as if this is like an upgraded eR for the 10th anniversary.
