Default replacement of piston for lexus Ls400 1998 part number issue

Hi you all. thanks in advance for any help. I live in argentina an I have a Lexus LS400 1998. vin JTA53UF20W0141546,
I have to replace 2 pistons in the car, one on left cilinder , and one on right cilinder.
Now when i look for pistons for my car, trough different vendors, i see there are different part nubers, i find this
13101-50040-01 STD, MARK 1, LH 4
13101-50040-02 STD, MARK 2, LH 4
13101-50040-03 STD, MARK 3, LH 4
13301-50030-01 STD, STD, MARK 1, RH 4
13301-50030-02 STD, STD, MARK 2, RH 4
13301-50030-03 STD, STD, MARK 3, RH 4
My question is: what is the difference in this part nubers? is there a difference between a left side piston and a right side one? what is mark 1 , 2 or 3 ? it make any difference if i buy 2 pistons on what ever part number i find? or what part number i need to buy ?
i would really apreciate any help, im really desperate since i dont know what part number to llok for. best fabian

Hola shibumi, tu nombre suena como un nombre japonés.
The difference in the part numbers mean the difference of sizes as follows and also pistons are designed to meet the bank L and R. L and R are symmetrical but not the same. You have to be careful selecting them not only the side and size of pistons. Other than those, there are variations of big ends (crank pins).

I have to say in Spanish,"Debe tener cuidado al seleccionar estos. Me refiero a pistones y pasadores de pistón.".

Piston Diameter table
Application inch (mm)
Size Mark "1" 3.4437-3.4441 (87.470-87.480)
Size Mark "2" 3.4441-3.4445 (87.480-87.490)
Size Mark "3" 3.4445-3.4449 (87.490-87.500)

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Big End (Crank pin) table
Application inch (mm)
Reference Mark "1" 2.1654-2.1656 (55.000-55.006)
Reference Mark "2" 2.1656-2.1658 (55.006-55.012)
Reference Mark "3" 2.1658-2.1661 (55.012-55.018)
Reference Mark "4" 2.1661-2.1663 (55.018-55.024)

Default Pistons for lexus ls400 1998

thanks for the reply. shibumi is the name of one of my favourites books.
thanks for the info, my mechanic, altough is a specialist in toyota engine, he couldnt tell me what ti buy, he knows i need pistons. Now, being my car 1998, what do you recomend? buying one size mark 1 l and one soze mark 1 R? so i will be covered?
i know overzise Pistons are foe the wear of the cilinder correct? what will be the issue if i buy size mark 1 and there is some room around for the wer of the piece ( sorry my english) Muchas gracias por adelantado. Fabian stratas
