Those are coolant lines and yes you will destroy them if you try to remove. The part number (9091005203) is the same for both it is a discontinued part. Sourcing from a local parts store will be difficult as generic 5/16" ID hose will be a tight fit but more importantly, the bend will kink and obstruct the flow of coolant.

The Dayco B80400 is available formed for a 90 degree bend. As Brad mentions that this size hose will be tight to push over that hard line. I'm in similar thought as the power steering hoses are in similar discontinued status.

It is too bad that 90910-05203 is a discontinue product. It seems Dayco B80400's ID is 5/8" and its OD is 15/16. I find this one "HPS 5/16" (8mm) ID Black 4Ply Silicone 90 Degree Bend Elbow Couple Hose Coolant". Not sure about its quality...

Yokohama produced a true 10mm ID hose and as Yoda found out that they do not sell it to end users. In numerical terms its not an odd size but among the auto industry it seems propriety use that Toyota spec'd it. Going by AN sizes is a head scratcher.

Found this listing in the UK:
