Default Temp displays backlight won't work

Hi. All the lights and displays in my middle console work except the temp display. When I turn on the headlights there is no backlight. Is there a bulb that I can replace or does the whole temp display need replaced? And are there any videos showing me how to get to them? Any help would be appreciated.

Sorry for your trouble.
There are bulbs that you can replace if you are comfortable handling tools and a soldering iron. You can find the detail more viewing this thread.

But it is strange all bulbs are failed together at once. I worry about that the bulb's driving circuit is failed. Things are all written in Japanese but the photo #6 below shows the driving circuit.

This is what I posted when I replaced all bulbs from incandescent ones to LEDs. At that time, I needed to modify the driving circuit as is explained in the photo.

I have a... similar-ish, but different problem to it. The backlight behind the buttons still functions properly, as does the display. But the backlight behind the clock & temperature screen at the top stopped working years ago.

Thanks for confirming that it indeed is a board with systems a lot more complex than "replace a bulb".
