This is my new toy. Headed to NJ from Washington state. Has 46K on the clock although it’s in Kilometers since it came from Canada. Should be here tomorrow or Friday. Wish me luck!

It gets a full fluid service every 5K miles (oil, filter, tranny drain and flush, brake fluid flush, power steering fluid refresh). Coolant and timing belt/water pump at 45K, just did motor mounts, tranny mount around 55K and new strut rods around 55-60K. That’s it. Most dependable, least expensive car to maintain ever.

I have a 96 with 162,000 miles but the timing belt tensioner failed in late June--the engine was ruined due to piston/valve contact. Fast forward to this past Monday and car now has a 71,000 mile engine I sourced off eBay. I had the dealer put new engine mounts on and a new starter while they had the motor out. It's silky smooth now!

Ahh, that was you that snagged this car. I saw it listed earlier in the week last week but it was already "Sale pending". This is a TRUE unicorn. Black on Black is a very desirable combo. Car looks like its MINT and from Florida too. This in fact might actually be the lowest mileage LS400. Congratulations on the buy!!

I bought this UCF-21 celsior from japan. Auction sheet is attached. Came with 85500km on it (53127 miles). It is the CF trim which is top trim in Japan and was rated 5/5 exterior and 5/5 interior. It feels to me like it is brand new. The only imperfections on exterior were the covers for parking sensors are cracked due to aging, 2 very small rock chips on the hood, 1 very small dent near the celsior badge on the back and one small part where paint is missing on the corner of overhang on trunk right above where the license plate is mounted. On interior there were some small scuffs and wear signs in drivers seat area. It was the best condition UCF21 CF package that I could find listed at the time of purchase. yes, I live in winnipeg canada and was able to get it shipped from japan for around $2300 canadian. The car first came to vancouver by ship and then to winnipeg from vancouver by truck. It took about 3 months to ship, but there was a 3 week delay as It was initially supposed to be shipped from vancouver to winnipeg by train, but the forest fires stopped trains so I had to rearrange for alternative transport.

Here's an 00 LS purchased ~ 5 yrs ago @ 48K miles in pristine condition as the interior still smells brand new even after 21 years. Imo, the two-tone paint scheme was outdated so I've a friend w/ a body shop painted pearl white to match the top half. My oldest son loves the car so I gave it to him. He also baby it & only put in ~ 1K mile/yr so it now only has 53K miles.
