2000 Silver LS400
Purchased it in 2013 with 69K, immaculate inside/out now has 92K (These cars need to breathe). No accidents, replaced orange side reflectors with clear, else stock. Have a set of 2004 LS430 6 spoke chromed wheels to go on this summer The timing belt etc. was done at 45K (2010 at 10 years old)

Wow. How does it drive now compared to 62K miles?? What are the biggest changes you have noticed?

It is perhaps a little "softer" on the cornering and I suspect after 20 years my suspension bushings etc. are getting a little worn, but other than that it's great. Still get great mileage for a V8 (Got average of 28.2 mpg on a recent 1500 mile trip to/from Idaho). Contemplating doing the timing belt again, not because it's now done 92K but as it's 10 years since it was last done!

The LS400 time belts are wide and strong. They dont break even with 10 years on them. I'd wait till you spot a cam/crank seal leak OR water pump leak at some point and then do the timing belt, all seals, water pump and the remaining drive belts.
The softness during cornering might be struts. Have those ever been replaced?

I'd say that 1990 wins, except it looks sad and needs some love.
My 1994 Celsior has about 73,000 miles on it currently.
