Hi: My '91 LS400 with only 107k on it. I installed new timing belt, etc (etc.) and did a full tuneup. Purred like a kitten, but five days later it cranks but will not start. I think it's the computer. I can't find the previous thread on getting computers repaired, so my question today is - Where can I send my computer for repair? I want to be certain that the repairs use the high-quality components highly recommended by (I forgot name).

I see you did eventually find the ECU thread and posted there and got one answer but you say it was running for 5 days. Although a fresh ECU can't hurt, have you diagnosed anything like the fuel pump and/or relay? Are you getting any codes?
When you did the timing belt did you see any bad wiring like maybe the crank sensor?

 

I would track backward to what you have done to the car since replacing timing belt before thinking about the ECU. Maybe checking the electrical connections first.
