Are the door lock actuator different in the front versus the rear? My front driver side stopped working, I assume that I can just replace the actuator assembly. When I look around, it looks like it's a totally different setup compared to the rears where it's part of the latch assembly. Can anyone confirm?

 

Door lock actuators are quite different in the front versus the rear. The only same part is the motor inside.
