Hey all
I changed the starter and in the due course I also cleaned the throttle body using the throttle body cleaner. Just sprayed on the flaps, both side and now I am getting P1126 and my throttle is not working. When I press the accelerator, the cable does move but no change in engine RPM.
I also changed the ECT sensor (broke it while placing back the intake) and Heater control valve (the flange to the radiator broke due to age). Any tips where to start, I took it for spin in its idle RPM (<1400) but only P1126 so far and transmission is bit jerky when I shift to R or D, you can see its happening.
Also sometimes I need to try twice or thrice to get the engine fired up when parked on a driveway slope - it may be due to <1/4 gas as well and have fixed whole thing (starter) after like five months of the car sitting idle.
I also tried moving the throttle to its max but I dont see any change in engine RPM as well.

Did you remove the Throttle Position Sensor while cleaning? If so it should be calibrated.
If the throttle cable is moving can you also verify the throttle plate is moving? Any chance you didn’t reconnect everything properly when you put the TB back on?

@FloridaCam @bradland I think all plugs are connected. I didnt dissemble any sensors, just the connectors I did everything while it was one engine bay with rags underneath the throttle body.
I am yet to verify the throttle plate moving with respect to cable
EDIT:
Fixed. Its just that the plate was stuck in closed position. Couple of 270 degree swing at the cable input fixed the no throttle response.
