I believe they are 7/32" inner diameter iirc. But I know I replaced an L-shaped formed line off my airbox and that one was one size on one end and a different size on the other side so basically it's two different sizes on one line. I found a formed L-shape a parts store clerk helped me out finding a suitable fit for that one, he looked around and found something that worked fine.

I just finished replacing all of the vacuum lines on my 99 with silicone vac lines. You will need 3 sizes, the 2 most common are 1/4"/6mm, 0.3125" or 8mm, and some 0.375"/10mm for the 90 degree PVC hose on the passenger valve cover. I recommend about 10 feet of the 2 smaller sizes and about 3 feet of the largest. Its very cheap compared to oem. I bought 4 sizes of 10 feet each and payed about 70 bucks. Compared to OEM where they want 40 bucks for a single line. You will need new clamps as the silicone is much thicker than the rubber ones. Also put some syl-glide on the barbed fittings, the silicone likes to stick a lot more than the rubber. And a plus is the silicone comes in multiple colors to make it easy to identify all of the vacuum lines.
