1995-1997 and 1998-2000 LS400 employ different headlights, thus different seals around headlamps...but noticed gaps on 1999 that do not like.

Located a set of good used seals from 1995 LS400 that I will install to supplement the existing seals on 1999 LS400.

Minor trimming of the plastic frame of seal and a plug and play proposition...


1999 left Headlamp pocket area OEM seal to the far right. 1995 -1997 LS400 use the vertical bar to mount headlamp seal with a single plastic clip.

1995-1997 LS400 seal assembly before very minor trimming with Dremel.

1995-1997 seal installed. No interference with 1999 headlamp assembly and plugs a gap.

Right side installed

Single plastic push clip required.

1999 LS400 headlamp assemblies installed after 1995-1997 LS400 headlamp gasket-shields... Additional gaps are filled.
Perfect fit and no impediments to headlamp installation.
