I've bought an oem electric rear curtain from a UCF11 celsior to put into my UCF10 LS. I assumed the wiring would all be the same and just have empty plugs in the UCF10 where the UCF11 features would plug into, but I cant seem to find where the plugs are under the dash. Does anyone have any experience in these curtains or any info on any differences in the 10/11 wiring?
These are some pictures I got sent from the guy I bought it off I can't seem to find this plug the module bolts up behind the brake pedal
I wouldn't expect a RHD UCF10 LS400 to have all the wiring that a UCF11 Celsior has. I find it odd that a rear window curtain is not shown in the parts lists and diagrams for the Japan market Celsior but it is shown in the parts list and diagrams for the the Japan market Century. I had wondered if the Century curtain had been adapted to the Celsior.
The Celsiorup website, however, appears to show that all Japan market celsiors were wired for a rear window curtain. It may not help but here is link to information on Celsiorup about installing a rear window curtain on an early Japan market Celsior: http://celsiorup.com/custom20/2043electric_curtain3.htm
