Default Toyota Celsior

Hello I have 1990 Toyota Celsior. I need to replace the inner tie rod on the left side. The car is right hand drive so I am not sure which tie rod I need to buy because ls 400 is left hand drive. Any advice would be appreciate.

Check Amayama for Celsior P.N. and then compare it to North American P.N.

Assuming the rack is flipped 180 degrees it would the No.2 tie rod (45504-59015) which looks quite different from the No.1 tie rod.
The other rod doesn't have threads or a flange on the bulky portion of the part.
If you can get underneath and take a pic I'm sure a dealer could verify.
I'd recommend replacing both inners and both outers while you're in there...

I agree w/ Bradland to replace all 4 if they're still original. I just did mine & it's very easy to do. Once done, make sure to get an alignment. With brand new tie rods, it feels tight & steers like a brand new car. You'll love it.

Kinda goes without saying, replacing all 4 removes the dilemma re "which one" do I order.

You can find JDM car's parts here although the registration is needed if you want to view the diagrams. I just picked up "FRONT STEERING GEAR & LINK" but I can't find inner tie rods both in the list and the drawing. Seems like those are not sold separately. Tie rod ends can be found though.
