Celsior Washer Fluid Reservoir Location
The washer fluid system parts diagram for Celsior displays a #2 reservoir which appears to be mounted behind the front bumper
However, Toyota parts diagram is not very specific in mounting location.
Anyone with a Celsior with images of where #2 washer fluid reservoir mounted.? Thanks

It's mounted to the front bumper
1st gen Celsiors had them mounted to the front bumper, too.
No idea what the difference/benefit was of the second reservoir.
I believe LS 400s did not have them because we have electric fans in front of the condenser, which take up the space where the reservoir would sit. Celsiors do not have the front electric fans at all, and instead use the hydraulic fan system that is seen on the SC 400 variant of the 1UZ, which is different from the hydraulic clutch system on the LS.
More photos and the different fan shown here:

See the photo below.
The washer tank right behind the bumper is used to fill the liquid to remove anxious oil slicks and is filled with the liquid shown at the right side.
The tank near the battery is designed to fill the left side one which has a capability of quick-drying and a low freezing temperature (-50 ° C).
You can find more viewing this page. The English translated version can be seen here. Some translations by Google is not fully OK but so-so.

This is from the Celsior user's manual and the direction decides which liquid to use. I believe this feature is only for the JDM.

Very cool, Yamae. Both reservoirs connect to the same washer system, using the hood nozzles? It looks like it from Yodaone's diagram.
