Default MAF connector proper voltage

What's up yall, can somebody with a 98-00 help me out and report back on the voltage readings from their maf plug with the key in the first position? I'm not getting any 12V supply and only one 5V reference from the first pin, and I can't seem to find any wiring diagrams for the 98-00 models online. Any help is appeciated.

That's not normal, my friend.
The MAF is connected like this below and it should get +B 12V and +5V. I worry that the fuse EFI No.2 is open or the related line is open. When everything is OK, at least you get Pin#4 12V, Pin #2 0V, Pin#5 5V. Pin#1 and pin #3 varies depending on the temperature and the amount of air flow. The actual voltage is a bit less than 1V to a few V. I'd check the fuse EFI No.2 first.

Yes I'm getting some seriously weird readings at my maf plug. Touching to both the body ground under the intake and the battery negative terminal, I consistently get 5-5.5 volts from the first pin, and 0.03 from the other 4.

I pulled the EFI no. 2 fuse as this was the problem last time I was in limp mode, and swapped it with the fuse for my horn. My horn works, meaning there is no way the fuse was blown. This must mean there is a break in the wire from the fuse to the maf, correct? Or the maf to the ecu?

I worry I may have shorted something when a quart or so of coolant spilled from my heater valve, right above the rear coolant bridge.

The horn is getting +B 12V from the horn fuse and is nothing to do with the EFI #2 fuse. The open fuse problem of EFI #2 must be cause by some fundamental reasons. Without finding the root cause of it, you will encounter strange problems more and more. I worry that the engine harness is stressed and is causing some short circuit problem somewhere after you dropped the height.

I know the horn is unrelated, I said I swapped the horn fuse for the efi no 2 fuse and the horn worked; therefore the efi fuse had to have been in working condition. If I am having lack of voltage on the maf harness plug AND the efi fuse is not blown, that means there must be a break in the harness, correct?
