I would like to know more about the antifoulers. Could you let us know where to get them and where they go. Pictures?

Autozone has them for 4.99 a box 2 per box, you'll need 4 pieces total to do this.

You basically drill out the first antifouler to allow the bottom of the O2 sensor to thread all the way in, screw the O2 sensor into the drilled out antifouler and then thread the drilled out one into the new one, then thread them both stacked into the y-pipe O2 sensor bung. so it'll look like:

O2 sensor>drilled out antifouler>new antifouler>y-pipe

Inadequate room, at least on 1999 LS400, to stack these spacers....

Also must take into account the oxygen sensor wiring...

Must leave clearance for engine/exhaust system movement in relation to chassis...see post images.

Used one on each of Dorman part for downstream sensor...bored out (by machine shop) to accommodate probe.........

Definitely good to pass on this one. I am from northern VA too and ended up purchasing my GSF as an L/Certified 2017 with 4k miles back in 2019. I got mine from Lexus of Towson -- seems like they have a higher number of GS F's pass through their lot compared to the NOVA dealers. I would recommend expanding a bit and looking at Maryland too. Good luck!
