Default need key fob for a 1995 Celsior

Anyone know where to get an extra key fob for a 1995 Celsior? Mine only has one key and key fob and I would like a second one. Also, are there directions on how to program it?

TIA

A 1995 Celsior's key can be programmed like this way although it's in Japanese.

It would be easy if a 95 USDM key were OK to use for a Celsior. The used frequency is mostly the same between Japan and US but the regulation for the radio wave is different. FCC allows bigger EIRP. If I were you, I'd simply ask some LS400 owner to try to use his/her key temporarily to check the compatibility. If compatible, it would be easy to get a key in your country and things would be done quickly.
