Tilt/tele Switch is dead
Hey guys, any recommendation on best way to resolve tilt/telescoping wheel failure on my 1997 LS400? I believe I read on here that the switch fails since it moves everytime one enters and exits the vehicle, I am amazed it has lasted 24 years amd 250k miles! Are there aftermarket switches that are worthwhile or should I stick with OEM? I will not do the repair myself, dont want to mess with airbag, etc. Any recommendations and details would be appreciated.

If it's just tilting that failed, this works for a lot of people: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/per...ng-repair.html
Pretty easy, no messing with airbag or anything sensitive.
If both tilting and telescoping failed, then I got nothing.
