Misfire on Cylinder 2

Misfire on Cylinder 2
I have replaced all the spark plugs and coils with NGK, replaced both OCV's, and had the ECU rebuilt with all new capacitors, and now I am getting an error message of misfire on cylinder 2. Any ideas of where to look next? Before I had the ECU rebuild done, it was misfiring on cylinder 7.

Spark plug tube seals often cause misfires when they fail and can potentially kill a newly replaced coil if not addressed...
