i **** the bed and hooked jumper cables up backwards. now it doesn’t start at all. the battery isn’t great but when i use a booster pack or or hook it up to my other car it cranks but doesn’t start and no interior lights/gauges work. i don’t think it could be a bad starter or the battery though. the only thing that lights up when it’s connected is my door open light. i figure it might be a bad fuse/relay but i’m not sure. i’ve switched some of the 20amp fuses around and now certain things work that didn’t before (ie; horn didn’t work but i switched the 20 with another and now it’s does.) i’m thinking it could be the black “main engine relay” but i’m not sure. if anyone has had this problem and has solved, any advice would be appreciated. also, if anyone knows specifically what the “main engine relay” is for, that would also help.

 

gotta check for all fuses to make sure they are all good. you fried something so you need to find it. search fusible link!
