Hey Kamtra, it looks stock. IMO that the best grille I've seen on a LS.

You know, it costs me about $7 to make one of these. Maybe I should package them and sell them for $25. They'd come silver.

I give you props on this grill kamtra. The only thing that comes to my mind is that it may be hard to clean the bugs off it. However it looks so good, who cares! I wonder how it would look in all chrome? Hmmm...

Kamtra,

A lot of people on ebay are doing things like that and making some decent money on the side. If you decide to do it, let me know, I will buy one and try it out, I can validate your directions for someone with limited mechanical knowledge (like me).

Alright you've convinced me. I'll try to get a pattern made so I can make duplicates. It'll happen soon- as soon as I get the carpet back in my car.

IMO it looks nice, but it's chicken wire painted black, i'm not saying it's ugly. It looks really nice, but if you'd like to make a little change, I can get you a lighter, thinner sheet metal that will be easier to cut and it's in chrome. It kinda looks like the Denali Grill. It cost $20. It's 2 ft long by 3 ft wide. Let me know if your intrested. I can get it for you.

Such nice expensive cars and your adding chicken wire

Over here if anyone has under $2500 wheels (set) they turn their heads and dont even want to know. I know grills are expensive but your cars deserve the best. Everything for the LS is expensive so just leave it as is or quit being a cheap skate and get something nice.

Hey maybe you all should get together and start an (LS) RICE Club........ I'll throw in your rice cooker.

Default chicken wire??

Who said anything about chicken wire? The grill I made is 12 gauge expanded steel. It's so thick you can't bend it with your hands. You have to use an angle grinder to cut it. I've seen the crap that import racers use for their grills for sale in stores. That stuff is so weak that it ripples in the wind. I don't car what anyone says about the "quality" of Lexus parts. I was happy to replace the plastic piece of crap that came on the car.

Stil looks like chicken wire.........

Im not talking about racer junk for grills. Japan makes awsome grills for the LS. As long as your happy thats what matters.

Peace
