You will find a helping hand at the end of your arm.
Having said that...from the image you present, you have a right-hand drive vehicle...
So have taken the liberty to post part diagrams for right-hand drive steering column and ignition switch, along with screenshot of ignition switch pricing.
Your lock cylinder and switch assembly are toast, so no one should be recommending how to hot wire your vehicle...eventually your're gonna ruin the ECU or start a fire.
Obtain a shop manual for the column assembly and switch assembly.
There are few zero cost or affordable repairs on Celsior or LS400.
You could check with the local police, constable or prison to see if anyone on hand experienced with boosting cars.
Best bet is to replace column, provided it comes with a key

I had a 89 Cougar that I lost the keys so I drilled out the ignition and used a screwdriver to start and turn off the car. That was fine for 6 months until.....I had an accident. (pretty bad one) The cops and ambulances showed up. They took my 2 kids to the hospital and me to jail. They thought it was a stolen car and wouldn't believe me cuz there was no papers in the car, and I was still making payments so it wasn't in my name yet.
You should fix it the correct way cuz the car sure looks like it's worth it. Money might be tight but there's no sense rigging it up somehow and ruining other parts that will need to be changed eventually. It will be an especially bad day if it does start a fire.
