Hey!
I have a 1996 LS400 with 151k and I have had it for about five years now. It was the first car I bought myself and it is my baby. Recently the transmission started slipping and after taking it to a shop or two (including a transmission specialist) I have discovered that I will have to replace it. SO what transmission will fit in this car?? I have read online that the model years 1995-1997 have a A340e transmission in them, but i have also read conflicting sources that say A341e. So which is it? I have been looking all over the internet and I can not find a reputable answer, thanks!
