I upgraded my steering wheel to wood grain for $160. Only minor grime that was easily cleaned. No cracks in the wood. No degradation of the leather. The catch was that I had to spend weeks searching and ordered an entire steering column with the wheel. Most of the wheels I found were $200-$300 and not in perfect shape. I also got the wood gear selector **** thrown in as well. Got it from a salvage yard on ebay. I now have an entire steering column for spare parts too.

Is the mentioned vendor intending on reproducing these parts in the aftermarket? That would be nice.

I have paid for fenders in the past for work on other cars. Usually between $35 - $100

I have sold about 7 sets of 98-00 Center AC vents anywhere from $125-175 due to the rarity of them being in excellent shape. It is a big problem that these vents crack over the years and people don't know how to remove them, when its a simple 2 clip undoing. I even sold a broken set which needed the center adjusters for $75.

A wood and leather tan wheel, I sold for $250 in perfect shape out of a 98' with no cracking in the clear resin over the wood. Fair condition wood and leather wheels from 98+ I sold anywhere from $125 to $175. Sold a black leather wheel for $250 also in mint condition. 98-00 stuff is VERY desirable.

In Feb 21' I found a 2000 Black/Black platinum edition LS400 in the salvage yard which I sold the complete interior: dashboard, seats, embroidered Floor mats, complete door panels with handles and trim, center console, carpet, seatbelts, rear speaker shelf and all surrounding plastics for kick panels and door trims for $1300 took me 3 days about 10 hrs to remove everything for my first time, but I didn't break a thing.

Sold my diamond finish 98-00 wheels with 155k and good condition faces with caps for $300

Coach Edition Champagne Silver Emblem set for $150, Coach Edition Front and rear tan floor mats for $80 mint cond.

Platinum Edition Black Pearl Emblem set for $175

Set of Tan Front 98-00 Seats in perfect shape, low miles 104k for $500, second set in good shape with rear seat bench bottom for $450

Gauge Cluster for $175 with 104k miles, $125 for 200k mileage cluster, both 98-00

Outer door handle, 95-00 $50

Corner lights 98-00 perfect shape, $80

Front 4 piston calipers, 95-00, low mileage 102k, $120

Shift *****, wood and leather $50 in perfect shape, Black leather $60

Center Tan Armrest, $110, Coach Edition Embroidered in mint shape, $150

D/S Front 98-00 Fender, $120

I did that when I was unemployed earlier this year to make a couple bucks in between interviews.

Off topic, I also have a set of ultra premium car seat covers made by Seat Covers Unlimited in a Silver/Grey color if anyone is interested for $200. They're made out of an almost wool like very soft, yet plush material that the Celsiors came with and 3/8" thick padded foam. I would say it would go well in black or grey interior cars. Very little wear if any at all and securely attach to the seat bottoms and back very securely, 6 pieces total. A local company in AZ produces these, custom tailored for the LS400. Retail I think is close to $400 if purchased new. These are the best fitting covers I have seen on any vehicle. https://www.seatcoversunlimited.com/Scottsdale-Custom-Seat-Covers.html

That's the American way. If ya got the time and knowledge to do it, ya might as well. Plus it helps the next guy that can't find parts where they're located.
