Default Obd1 1994 ls400

Okay, I've always said: The only stupid question is one that's not asked. Right? Now haven said that, I've posted before asking for suggestions on where to find an OBD1 scanner. Well I finally found one (new) on Ebay and it's rectangle but the under dash connection is ROUND? Also, the scanner has only two pins which I'm guessing would the wo that can be jumped? Lastly, I can't find the other diagnostic box under the hood and I can't find any reference in the manual. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Anxiously awaiting responses....Bill

Round = DLC2 connector under dash

The rectangular port is in the engine bay, next to the intake. My post that was linked in your previous thread has an image showing exactly where:
