209,000 on my 1993 LS but will be climbing rapidly ...
It had been my wife's car since we bought it in 1995 (w/37,000 mi). I took it over in June of this year with 198,000 miles. I average about 45,000 mi/yr and plan to see just how far I can make it in this car. Would like to top 500,000.
Shouldn't be a big problem as I just finished wringing 413,000 miles out of a 1998 Ford Windstar (!?!?!?).

My 1991 LS400 has ONLY 184k on it... it's still got a lot of life in it.
I'm truly impressed that with all that driving, the car has held up so nicely. All the electronics work, and other than the worn leather shift **** and seats, the interior is still practically brand new.

I met a person in Southern California who turned in his 91 ls400 with 568,000 miles and lexus has been showing the car around the US. I also seen other cars with 400-525,000 miles running just fine with the same transmission and motor, mercedes benz lets see you do that. I am talking many lexus's with that high mileage

my first ls i sold with 193k on it, still ran perfectly.
my current ls has 142k on it, no problems at all aside from leaking front and rear main seals. no big deal, i'll fix them when i get time.
