Still a baby here and when I grow up, I hope to run up over 200K miles like some of the rest of you. I've got 130K on my 96 LS400. Make no mistake, this is the best production car ever built, bar none.

My car have done 330000km/205000miles but it still feels like new (or as I guess a new -94 LS400 felt). Just a minor problem with the transmission mount but that is soon going to be fixed.

I have owned 2 ls400's with 155k on my old '95 and 100k on my current '00. My neighbor has a 1992 ls400 with over 480k and he has used it as a 2nd car since about 2001. He told me that the starter went out at 300k and the trans. was rebuilt at 360k. Other than that he has had no trouble. He bought a new 2000 ls400 and traded it in 2006 with nearly 300k. His 2006 GS 430 had 155k after only 26 months. The miles are mostly highway and all his cars run like new. Nothing beats Lexus quality.

My 96 is a youngster at 146K miles.
My wife claimed it when I recently got my 05. The 96 is still a great car. It has a few interior rattles and the door seals aren't what they use to be so you get some wind noise.
It has been the most problem free car I've ever owned.
